Craving: Tuna. From a can. I don't know if it is because I have let my nutrition slip over the past two weeks, but I want tuna with a salad and yummy homemade vinaigrette. I feel like I could probably eat this all week.
Drinking: Warm water with two drops of lemon essential oil and one drop of thieves in it. (Actually, it ends up being three drops of lemon and two of thieves because it never quite stops when I want it to.) Since Olivia, Rich, and I have basically been sick since mid-December, I thought I needed to give my body a little extra oomph.
Planning: The content for my Beach Ready Accountability Group that starts mid-March. A decent amount of work goes into planning these groups but I love them and they are the reason I coach. I hope that I can inspire and motivate more people to become better versions of themselves, inside and out.
Dreaming: Of France. It has been over eight years since I lived there (or have even been in Europe.) I miss it. I actually messaged a French friend on Facebook the other day asking her what the name of the restaurant in the Bordeaux train station was. She probably thought I was crazy. But I had the best cuisse de canard confit there. Unfortunately, after some investigation, I discovered the restaurant has been replaced by something new and modern.
Listening: To Water Under The Bridge by Adele. I bought her album on my way back from a work trip in Wisconsin in November and I still have this on repeat. I think it is the best song on the album.
Watching: Olivia. I guess if I weren't her mother, it would be creepy but I can sit there and just watch her. I gave her something to eat while she was in my bed the other day and I thought it was so amazing how she sat there and held it in such a dainty way.
Reading: You Are A Badass by Jen Sincero. I am only about halfway through since reading anything is nearly impossible with a toddler but I am enjoying it thus far. It definitely has some foul language but that doesn't bother me. And she has some really valid points. Since I have started reading it, I have definitely felt a shift in my life.
Organizing: My home office. I purchased some storage shelves for it a few weeks ago and I am just getting around to setting it up. Before now, I was working on top of a mess and I felt like I was not as productive as I could be. When you are working full-time, raising a toddler, and trying to grow a business, you need to be organized. Needless to say, I need to get my self together. (I also think I more focused if my space is clear.)
What are you up to?
