I am busy. Between working full-time, maintaining a home, staying connected with my husband, and raising an active daughter, I am tired! But, I am at a point in my life when I am realizing that something has to change. I am not happy with my current situation. I am tired of feeling icky and sluggish all the time. I am tired that my clothes seem to be getting tighter. I am tired of feeling just plain blah. 

It is time to make a change. For my husband. For my daughter. For all of my relationships. But most importantly, I need to make a change for me

So, listen, I get it! Starting to get in shape is hard! But really, all you have to do is start and you are halfway there!

What I have found to help me the most once I got started  was staying accountable to other people. That is why I write about and share my journey. Also, I am a beachbody coach so I can be that accountability person for you, as well!

Another way that I keep motivated is by participating in accountability groups. 

What is a accountability group?

For 30 days, we work together to set goals and get on track with healthy habits like exercising, eating right, and taking time for mental wellness. We will talk abut anything from meal planning to finding the time to exercise to taking time for personal development. Plus, it is great to receive advice and encouragement from others in the group who are going through the same things you are. 

But I want to be clear about something: I don't want to just help you lose weight. I want to help you become a better version of yourself, physically, mentally, and emotionally. I want to help you lose the crappy self-talk and gain the confidence you need to live a happy and healthy life. Because, honestly, that is what I want for myself as well. (Why wouldn't I want to be that role model for my daughter?) 

So what do you need to do? 

First off, contact me so we can get started! I want to find a program that works well for your lifestyle and something that will help you work towards your goals. 

Secondly, I want you to STOP. I want you to stop telling yourself that you can't because you've never exercised before or that you have always been unhealthy or that you don't have time. I want you to stop listening to people who tell you that you can't and believe that it is worth investing in yourself. 

And then, I want you to COMMIT. Give me 30 days to help you change your habits. Participate in the daily group posts. Contribute your own posts and pictures to the group. Encourage others to keep at it. Believe that you can do this!

When does the next accountability group start? 

I am hosting two "Beach Ready" accountability groups. The first one starts on starts on Monday, March 14th and the other starts on Monday, April 18th. You can join us for one of the groups for 30 days or you can participate in both giving you 60 days of accountability.
